Rupert Everett's Major Facelift

on 04-19-2009 18:15

Rupert Everett - Before and after

Out British actor Rupert Everett looks barely recognizable after having undergone extensive plastic surgery to take years off his face.

The 49-year-old 'My Best Friend's Wedding' star has lost his trademark tousled salt and pepper hair and wrinkled forehead, instead he sports a smooth faced look with a mop of carefully combed dark brown hair, reports Daily Mail online.

But the actor's spokesman has denied all the reports, saying that the actor's new looks are just the result of some healthy living.

"Why would Rupert need any surgery? He's a beautiful man and he even plays a woman beautifully. Any speculation is completely laughable. He hasn't had anything done and he doesn't need it. It's just some healthy living," said the spokesman when asked about the swirling rumors that Everett had gone under the knife.

2. Designer
When handsome men like Rupert Everett age naturally, their faces gain character. Rupert looks younger after his facelift, but he would have been better looking without having had one. He is till handsome, but the character is missing.

3. Eurgh!!!
He looks AWFUL. His face looks so artificial it looks like he's wearing a make-up appliance, like Mrs Doubtfire. And a bad one at that.

4. And...
In fact, his face looked less plastic when he was heavily made up to play a WOMAN in the recent St. Trinian's film. I'm pretty sure that in interviews he said he was against cosmetic surgery, in which case I'm very disappointed in him for contradicting himself.

5. Finally...
It's so bad, he doesn't even look like HIMSELF as a younger man, which I thought was the purpose of cosmetic surgery... to recapture your youthful looks. And the doctor who's quoted in the picture needs to get his eyes tested if he thinks that's a good result... his face looks like it's been inflated with a bicycle pump!
