Marc Jacobs and Lorenzo Martone are vacationing in Ipanema, Brazil, and the newly engaged power couple was not afraid of showing their love to everyone around. The wild days seems to finally be over for the sexy fashion designer who long was struggling substance abuse and used to be seen around town with a new lover for every occasion before he met his ad executive boyfriend. Jacobs and Martone have been together for about a year.
