The webisode is based completely on an original tossed script written by long-time Star Trek screenwriter David Gerrold, and actors Bobby Rice and Evan Fowler play the roles of Lt. Peter Kirk and Alex Freeman respectively, and was directed by David.

Fan? Sure! Ron Fairfield clearly isn't the Star Trek fan he seems to claim he is. If he was, he'd know that in the Star Trek vision of the future, everyone is accepted for who - or what! - they are. Kudos to Phase II I agree wholeheartedly with LittleBlade. Star Trek stays around for just that reason of IDIC. Gene Roddenberry always meant to have a show where EVERYONE is accepted on equal footing. I guess if Ron felt it was disgusting to film that scene then I guess he might as well as be disgusting when Jadzia Dax locked lips with another woman on DS(.
