Aiken has hooked up with sexy Broadway dancer Reed Kelly, who he met while working on Spamalot in early 2008, and now Reed is taking a role in helping to raise Aiken's son Parker.

"Everybody knows Reed as Clay's guy," a Broadway insider tells Star magazine. "Clay met him when he was doing Spamalot in early 2008, and that's one of the reasons he came back to the show again."

The couple stepped out at last month's Building Dreams for Kids gala, hosted by Rosie O'Donnell and fellow attendees said, "It was obvious they were a couple."
