Conspiracy George Dislikes the Media

on 06-17-2008 13:06

British pop star George Michael thinks media's interest in his cruising for male-on-male action in public parks and drug-induced driving is due to a government conspiracy to keep people from focusing on the real issues.

He says: "In England I've probably had about 20 or 30 front pages in last two-and-a-half-years and what interests me is what else happened on those same days, and how much our government is getting away with day after day.

"It's the perfect cover-up to every major story they don't want us to hear: 'What did Britney Spears do today? Where did George Michael fall asleep?'"

Last summer, George Michael was sentenced to 100 hours community service and banned from driving for two years after being caught driving under the influence of drugs.

1. George Michael for president!
George would be right! While the tabloids on both sides of the Atlantic publishing homophobic comments about GM, Bush and Tony were busy preparing to invade iraq. The stupid red top rags focused n his private life instad of listening what he was really saying, which was, the War was a huge mistake! He made lot of sense then and he makes a lot of sense now.
