I highly recommend that prior to hacking up the truth (your YouTube footage was obviously taken out of context purposefully) that a publication such as www.bgay.com thoroughly researches facts. If the pastor from Colorado, Ted Haggard, turns out to be under a misled accusation your attempts to appeal to the public will be reduced to that of The 'Enquirer' or The "Jerry Springer Show". I don't think that's what you're aiming for.

We're not just talking about a gay man (Mike Jones) bringing out some moral dilemma, we're talking about an admitted prostitute pointing a finger. He suggests that he felt it was his duty to bring about these 'facts'. Are we so challenged that leaning on a prostitute's ethical stance is credible as soon as it hits the airwaves? Is that what you want to represent as an organization? Did you get so excited at the idea that someone may become poisonous to an 'opposing community' that you jumped on the attack before investigating? I'm not sure this is the type of quality that should represent a large civil group.

I recommend looking into this a little more. Anyone who suggests otherwise is more foe than friend. You are doing a disservice to the gay community at this point.

You are saying that these articles are nothing more than stooping to low levels...Unfortunately, we have to take this road sometimes...It is easy to sit there and turn the other cheek thinking that it shows that we are better than them...Well ? We have an obligation to expose hypocrisy whenever it is encountered...Gays and gay publications should leave no stone unturned in their quest for the deceivers...The heterosexual community and the religious right pounce upon stories of closeted gays...They destroy lives...They destroy families...They make it impossible for some to continue making a living...They want to shove us back in the closet...Maybe you are in the closet and all too comfortable...

So what you are saying is that we should consider morals as a standard for truth...If That is the case ? Whenever we see someone who is gay that we should assume if he is accused of some "sordid" act and denies it, we have to consider the fact that he is gay means his denials have to be weighed using his homosexuality as a lithmus test.....Let's give all the "evangelists " the benefit of the doubt because they are "men of god" and cast doubt on the "sinners" that they accuse.
