IMO, there is no way of telling whether someone is gay, especially by simple observations. Often men who are "camp" can sometimes be straight. Saying gay men act camp and effeminate is largely stereotypical.
What exactly makes you suspect that your husband is gay? Does he comment on how attractive other men are? Have you suspected or even caught him viewing gay porn?
