gay and in a wheelchair

Hello everyone my name is Derek i'm 20 and I have Cerebral Palsy i've recently came out to most of my family and now that I have done that i'd like to start living the gay lifestyle, the problem is that I don't have access to a lot of things due to my handicap and don't know how to get started this may seem stupid but can anyone give me any advice and/or tips? i'm very lonely and now that i've come to terms with myself i'd like to start living! thanks to everyone who takes the time to read this.
