Hello I am Matthew Lindsey a social work student that is an ex-gay/transsexual. Since I know what it was like from my experiences and I have not forgoting what I went through. I decided to become a social worker to help anyone including GLBTQI! One of my interests is being an Allie activist and a social worker. One thing you are required to do is come to understand of both sides of the story. Then looking for a solution to the problem. I was wondering if it would be alright if I ask this forum if they would not mind me asking questions to further my understand on views and oppions also what your expectations are of non-GLBTQI people. My first focus is religion because it is a serious issue for both sides. I hear a lot about the war. As example there Is GLBTQ people that want to attend church to people, to people throwing the bible figuritively speaking. The discussions I read was interesting when came to religion.
