”Mario Vasquez is being sued for allegedly having tried to masturbate in front of a male employee in a bathroom on the "Idol" set in February 2005.
Vazquez then allegedly asked Olmos "if he wanted oral sex."
Olmos says he managed to get out of the stall, and that he attempted to leave the bathroom, but that Vazquez grabbed his arm "in an effort to stop him."
In the suit, Olmos claims he reported the incident to his superior, who responded by saying Olmos was crazy and threatened to fire him. A few months later, Olmos claims he was terminated.
Olmos is also suing FOX Entertainment and Fremantle Media.”

People need to take responsibility for their own actions. It is very doubtful

Own inadequacies. I have seen it in business many times. People are jealousy
Of other people and then try to purposely make them look bad so they
Themselves look better to management. Olmos is just a whiney gay boy
That was working as a minion and was jealous of Mr. Vasquez,
So he made something up to bring him down.
IF anything happened, it was probably Olmos making the advancement
And being rejected by Vasquez.
