You need to exercise caution here to avoid being caught in a compromising situation. If your subjective assessments of his embarrassment and his ‘fondling’ are accurate then he risks jeopardising his professional standing. Any sexual liaison with patients is a misdemeanor for which he could easily lose his job. This doctor may be young and inexperienced (and gorgeous) but the question of ethical practice should have been covered in his training. If he’s found himself in a situation that’s hard to handle (so to speak) then he’d be wise to seek advice from a senior member of his profession or from an advisory panel.
However, since the doctor is a stand-in it’s distinctly possible that the situation will not arise ( so to speak) again. You can take responsibility for your own safety and ensure that there’s no recurrence by requesting to be seen by a different doctor. If you’re harbouring any hopes that the doc. was himself aroused by handling your dick, then the only way to facilitate the possibility of any sort of personal relationship developing between you and the dick doc is to make sure that the professional relationship is terminated.
