Hi Max, I work with a stud who's always talking sex. I don't come off as being gay and he might be bi. He is always making very explicit sexual remarks to me that I'd love to take him up on, only problem is I don't know if he's kidding and my life could be ruined if I said "ok, let's do it". Usually dogs that bark do not bite.  So he is probably really not into the things he is saying.  Don't ruin your life and just pretend he is just barking.  After a while, you will look at him in a different light.  We all want someone who can deliver and he definitely cannot. So move on!
