Hey Max, I am aware that you are not a doctor, but I will ask you anyways, because I am embarrassed to go to a doctor, although it is probably what I should do, so here's the problem: I am 23, and when I did a self check around my testicular area, I found what it appears to be a pimple, just under my right testicle. Some days it feels big, while others, I can hardly notice it. I have noticed it there for a couple of weeks now, is it a pimple, or could it be more of a problem than I thought. You are doing good by doing self-examinations.  Everybody should do this as a common practice.  It is my idea that anything in the genital area that looks weird or different it is best to ask a doctor as soon as possible.  No matter how insignificant it is, ask your doctor about it.  There is nothing to be embarrassed about. They went to medical school to deal with patients and they are there for you.  So instead of wondering what it could be, just see a doctor to find out what it really is.  Good luck!
