I love the feeling when my lover explodes his hot load down my throat, but sometimes his really large penis makes me gag. I've been told you can have your gag reflex surgically altered . The gag reflex is a reflex contraction of the back of the throat that prevents objects from entering the throat except as part of normal swallowing. This helps prevent choking. So it is there for a reason.  Do you love your partner or (should I say dick) so much that you want your gag reflex surgically altered?  I think it is not a good idea to even think about it. However, if you are really thinking about some options, you may want to ask a Dentist about your gag reflexes. They usually deal with gag reflexes with their patients.
