I see no problem. However, both guys have to realize that the age difference may bring some problems.   Younger guys want to experience everything and older guys already have. So if they don't come to an agreement, that could be a problem. Older guys may worry more about financial stability and some young guys just care to live by the moment. But overall, if both of them love each other and there is good communication between them, the relationship should last.  People usually don't break up because of age, they usually break up  for lack of communication.
