Yes, I do. I recommend the following cities: Fort Lauderdale, Florida Key West, Florida New York City, NY Los Angeles, CA San Francisco, CA Palm Springs, CA Russian River, CA. The above are some of the few gay-friendly cities in the United States.  Usually the bigger the city, the more open about gays they are.
