Dear Max
 By Max Salazar

I'm having trouble bottoming this last year. I'm bleeding a lot more these days than when I was younger. My current boyfriend is patient, and we go slow, we take all the precautions. He is a good average size but not "big". But I'm still bleeding after we are done. Any kind of info on this? Or any info on how to ease it after it's done? It's a little discomforting sometimes. Thanks!

I am not a doctor, so I am advising you to go see one. It looks like you may have hemorrhoids. But to make sure, see your doctor.

Hemorrhoids represent one of the most common colorectal complaints heard by physicians. Each year approximately 10.5 million Americans experience hemorrhoidal symptoms. So don't feel bad about it and see a doctor, he or she will advise you what's causing the bleeding.  Good luck!
