Britney May Loose Kids After Lesbian Night

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA -- Britney Spears' wild partying at West Hollywood lesbian hot spot Eleven emerged as she attended a private court hearing Monday and could cost her the custody of her kids.

According to British tabloid The Daily Star, Britney was tailed by a private detective into the club and she provided the PI plenty of material for his dirty dossier when she downed shots and danced with a girlfriend.

The former teen idol hit the club after a she had a breakdown in front of pals at trendy LA club Chateau Marmont, where she burst into tears and told her friends she feared her children could be taken away within days.

According to the tabloid, Britney has sworn off men after her breakup with magician Criss Angel, "Britney doesn't feel she can trust men at the moment, but it may come back to haunt her in court. She's clearly much happier in the company of women. It was obvious from the way she was behaving at Eleven."

"It won't look good in court if she's hanging out in lesbian nightclubs. It's hardly the behavior of a model mum," a legal source said. "This witness could completely blow Britney's chances of keeping hold of her kids."
