T.R. Knight Returns to "Grey's Anatomy"

T.R. Knight, or Dr. George O'Malley as he is known to "Grey's Anatomy" fans, is expected to return to the series for the next season and he is getting a pay rise and a percentage of the show's profit in the process..

Entertainment Weekly reports that according to show insiders, "Grey's Anatomy" is bringing back Dr. George O'Malley full time next year, offering T.R. Knight a new contract that will boost his per-episode salary to roughly $125,000 and give him a small piece of the show profits - a deal similar to those which were recently granted to Patrick Dempsey, Ellen Pompeo and Sandra Oh.

There has been a lot of speculations that T.R. Knight might not return to the show after the season finale's cliffhanger showed Knight's character failing to pass the intern exam but fortunately it seems like we will be able to enjoy the cute doctor for another season.

Co-star Isaiah Washington's fate is still not clear but rumors has it that he also is returning to the show.
