"James Bond" in Gay Lip Lock
Daniel Craig, the new actor to debut as James Bond in
'Casino Royale' this November, has surprised many Bond fans by kissing
another guy in his newest movie 'Infamous'.
The movie documents the life of gay author Truman Capote, and Craig
plays the role of convicted killer Perry Smith, who has an affair with
Capote.
Truman
Capote is played by British actor Toby Jones, and the film ends with
Jones and Craig sharing a passionate kiss together in a prison cell.
Toby Jones joked in an interview recently: "I had never dreamed I would
kiss James Bond. It's not something I would ever aspire to. Now that
I've done it, I hope I'm the first of many. It was slightly abrasive,
but ultimately rewarding. And neither of us are gay."
He explained: "We filmed the prison scene right at the end and I was
aware it was going to be a pressurized situation, this very intense
scene filmed in such an intimate space.
"I thought it was going to be the really grueling part of the movie. But
it was fantastic to work with Daniel because as an English actor there's
a kind of humor that goes with those scenes. You take it seriously but
you also find a way to deal with it."
