COMMUNITY RULES & AGREEMENT

By entering the Bgay.com Community channels (Chat, Personals, Classifieds) you agree to the following rules:
	Bgay.com is not responsible or liable for any offensive, threatening, obscene or illegal content, messages or information submitted to our network. Neither is Bgay.com responsible or liable for the conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights.
	Bgay.com has the right to review and edit, delete or refuse to post any material submitted to our network.
	You agree not to post or transfer content, messages or information that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, racist, bigoted or otherwise objectionable.
	You agree not to post or transfer content, messages or information that infringes any patent, copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
	You agree not to harm minors and not to establish unlawful contact with minors in any way. No adults are allowed in the Teens Only chat room.
	You agree to contribute to keeping a positive environment in the Bgay.com Community channels and to refrain from name-calling or personal attacks directed towards other users.
	You grant Bgay.com the right to royalty-free use, reproduce, modify and publish in any way, all content, messages, and information you submit to/through our network.
	You agree not to solicit any products or services for sale (except for in appropriate areas of the Bgay.com Classifieds.)
Any person and/or content violating the rules will be removed from the Bgay.com Community channels. If you notice any violations of the rules, please contact us.
