Cynthia Nixon (and Cynthia Nixon) Go SVU
It may very well now be a
law that every struggling and/or unknown character actor in Hollywood
has to pay their dues on Law and Order or one of its spinoffs as
they work toward a higher level of celebrity visibility.
But what about established players who don't need the exposure?
Well,
sometimes they just want to work, and before they know it, they're
playing a mentally ill person with multiple personality disorder on a
procedural cop drama.
That's what happened to Cynthia Nixon, who just agreed to appear
on the 2007-2008 season opener of the very-popular Law and Order: SVU.
The Sex and the City alum will guest star as a woman with more
than one interior monologue, who may or may not have abused her own
baby.
Romeo just hopes that when the episode airs this fall, her other
personalities aren't named Carrie, Samantha, and Charlotte.
That would be, well, sort of awkward.
